We have this washing machine, it is one of the best ones I have ever had! I love the front loading feature, but even more than that, I love the fact that it uses about 1/3 of the water my old top loading machine did. I have had it for a couple of years and have not had 1 ounce of trouble with it. You can pre load your detergent, softner and bleach just like the older ones.
