We have this washing machine, it is one of the best ones I have ever had! I love the front loading feature, but even more than that, I love the fact that it uses about 1/3 of the water my old top loading machine did. I purchased this washer last year for my mom when I was living with her. I have to rate it as ok because some of the problems we have had are due to the place I purchased it from not installing it properly.
