The VC55 is about the size of a VHS video tape and contains a powerful video processing system, based on 8x8's Video Communication Processor, and a high-performance analog modem. Because it has three audio/video inputs for its video source, the VC55 provides users with remarkable flexibilty. Consumers can use any video accessory with NTSC output as a video source for the VC55, including camcorders, VCRs, document cameras, medical instruments and digital still-image cameras.
