I've used this device frequently and find it to be one of the easiest to use VC devices so far. The picture quality is stellar as is the sound. The only knock I have on the sound is that it almost seems "too good". You can hear when someone is shuffleing papers on the table or tapping they're fingers. We were able to purchase a microphone to attach to the person speaking and that shut out all the other ambiant noises just fine. The remote control ...
