I have to admit that it was only a few years ago that a friend told me that you could buy clothing from VictoriasSecret.com. I was concerned about the fact that the clothing is not sold in stores (how would I know what size? wouldn't it be a hassle to return the clothing since you can't return it to a store?) but I decided to give a try. I lucked out and the clothing that I ordered fit me perfectly. The clothing is good quality and fashionable. I have gotten tons of compliments on it. I used to spend a good $100-$200 per month on "Vicky's" and didn't shop anywhere else. It truly became an obsession and I now recycle the catalogs (once you're on their mailing list, expect to get upwards of 2-3 catalogs from them per day ... and I think they give your info to other online clothing companies so expect catalogs from other places as well) without even looking at them to save money!! If you're concerned about sizing, try ordering only 1-2 items in your first order. Once you know what size works, pretty much anything you order in that size will fit you.
The few times that I have had to return items I have had no problems. I just wrapped the items back up, filled out a return slip, slapped on the return shipping label that came with my order and sent it off. Within a few days I got an e-mail saying that my return my received and my money was credited back to me. I have never had to contact customer service.
My purchases have ranged from underwear to sleepwear to shoes to casual clothes to bathing suits to work attire to beauty products and accessories so I definitely think I've experienced everything offered on the site. They also have great sales and/or free shipping and/or discount codes constantly so you really never have to pay full price ... plus if you can be patient they have great clearance sales.
