I ordered 2 Sony tower speakers from VANN'S. Their website was easy to navigate, everything I wanted to ask about the product was there on the website just click the specifications tab or the features tab and the information was right there. They had the very lowest price I was able to find anywhere and I looked in retail stores and on the Internet. These speakers are heavy and I was concerned that the shipping charges would be large but to my surprise and delight SHIPPING WAS FREE. Wow lowest price and free shipping. They sent me a confirmation email that my order had been excepted. The next day I received another email saying that my order had been processed and would ship soon. Later the same day I received another email that said it had shipped, it told who the shipper was and included a tracking number so I could track the progress of the shipment. The shipment was received on the very day they had said it would arrive. I was impressed by the careful way the speakers were packed. They were inside a box that was inside another even sturdier box. There was no way they could have been damaged. I would recommend VANN'S to anyone wanting fast reliable service.
