The V4-ISA is a state-of-the-art, surface mount technology (SMT) adapter that includes software device drivers. The V4-ISA has RJ45 connectors with 16C650 UARTs (up to 460Kbps), which offers higher throughput and expanded on-chip buffering. The DB25 version features four RJ to DB cables. V4-ISA adapters are backward compatible with prior UART versions, and can be toggled to run in 100% AST-compatible mode. Optimized device drivers are included.
