Best for your Money
Review of Dirt Devil M085805 by whisper35816

Advantages: NO BAGS, Dont Have to change belts all the time
Disadvantages: Doesnt have an attachement for doing blinds.

I have been been using this vacuum cleaner for amost 3 years now and it is definetly worth the money. I have moved with this vacuum at least three times and it has always held up. It is easy to empty and I save a ton of money on bags. I have multiple dogs in my home and this vacuum has no problems getting all the dog hair that is shed from my floor, couches, chairs and everywhere else it seems to get into. I also use this vacuum on my bare floors ...
...either. With other vacuums I have had to replace the belt at least a couple of times by now but with this vacuum I have NEVER had to replace the belt even one time which for me is HUGE plus. This is perfect for a college student or a mom who doesnt have a lot of time to be constantly cleaning out the vacuum cleaner just so she or he can use it. ... Read review

dirt devil is best
Review of Dirt Devil MCE6600 by livingdeadgirl

Advantages: easy to use, cheaper than others, quieter than most
Disadvantages: none

...It sucked up all the dirt without any worries. It came with several different accesories that I have also use to clean out more furniture. It is very good to use and it can even get into or between tight places. The thing that I like alot is that it is very easy to empty and the volume of it is not as loud as other vacuums that I have used. It also did not cost me alot of money either. It also does not use bags which I really liked. My mother uses ... Read review

Advantages: light, quiet, emptying is easy

...house work. I purchased Dirt Devil M088160 vacuum cleaner after doing a lot of research. I had to say I'm very pleased with this purchase after a week experience. This vacuum has good suction. First, It is very light, so it makes me comfortable when using, even last a long time, i am not tired, especially benifits someone who is carrying a vacuum up and down stairs. Second It's pretty quiet, making less noise than my old one does. Third, emptying ... Read review

Does not live up to Electrolux name
Review of Electrolux EL1000B by Toni1123

Advantages: Dual purpose
Disadvantages: Poor suction, not worth the price

Had this product about 6 months, thought it would be high quality because of the brand name. Not crazy about the orange color, does not blend well with most decors. Needs to be kept plugged in to charge therefore it is usually in sight somewhere in your house. Difficult to securely place broom in cradle for charging, does not fit in easily. While it is slim and easy to use as an sweeper,, the suction is not great..., OK on hard surface floors, but ...
...or take it apart and it is also a hand held vaccuum.. Taking it apart is not quick or easy, nor is emptying the debri from the pickup cup. There are better less expensive versions of this type of product on the market., especially those that have a rotating brush. ... Read review

Large house hold vacuum
Review of Eureka 2996AVZ by 1stone

Advantages: Bagless
Disadvantages: Does not work on bare/ wood floor, fragile

This is a bag less vacuum does a good job on carpet and rugs. On bare floor it does not pickup much it just shoots stuff all over. The dirt cup is easy to remove and empty and replace. The filter are a little bit on the expensive side and they are to last a long time. The head is wider than most so you can cover a room faster. It has an attachment that is called a tiger paw. It uses the vacuum suction to turn a beater bar, it is for cleaning furniture. ...
...use on blinds then you return it to its holder then flip a valve and clean the wand. There is a head light, but we don't vacuum in the dark, so it is useless an extra gadget that will break, or stop working. It has a lever to wind the cord around; the lever broke after about six months. ... Read review
