For a product with the word "Shark" in it's name, it's suprizing that it really should be named something like , Goldfish. I got this Vacuum just for the few large rugs I had in my living room and bedroom since most of my house is either wood or ceramic flooring. In addition to just not being even a decent vacuum, it recently died on me. This happening only after having it for about 6 months. Dyson is one of the most awesome vacumn cleaners out there. My husband got me one nearly a year ago now. It is extremely light and so easy to clean. Unlike older vacumn cleaners where you have to shack and empty the bag and breath in all that dust flying around in the air. The Dyson is a better quality and has lasted quite some time. I got the Bissell LiftOff Revolution bagless vacuum cleaner about two years ago, and I STILL love to vacuum with this thing! Anything that makes me not dread cleaning my house is a good thing. The cord is nice and long, so you aren't constantly having to unplug it and move around the house.
