Over Christmas I purchased an Aurora 4g plasma TV video card model 500 F from AVDEALS.com My package was sent to me incorrectly because they forgot to include instruction manual, remote control and video cables. It was just the card wrapped in bubble wrap, that's it.
Upon receiving the unit I noticed an inherent design flaw associated with the unit. The HDMI inputs were too close together to allow two HDMI cable ends to fit next to each other. The ... ...needed to buy. Also, the Aurora video card website did not indicate any such specs on their website ad either. I went to the local Best Buy, Circuit City and Walmart and could not find any HDMI cables that would would fit this card. After over a month of back and forth haggling in which many times I was completely ignored by their staff they finally found some HDMI cables that would fit the unit.
