Transformers: The Game for Wii is one of the worst games that I have played and shows no type of coherency in game play. Nor does it show any type of real effort by the developers. The game has no type of direction and it doesn't help that the game play doesn't help at all with trying to give this game direction. The mechanics are easy to control but the actual controls are too easy for the easy game play that it involves. The lifespan of the game is decent but I doubt that anyone would want to play this game twice let alone once that's if you even want to finish the game for the sake of it being as bad as it is. ... Despite that I was forced to see the movie I must admit that pleasantly surprised me in every way. I love animation and special effects, rei me a lot and the action was quite good. Maybe if you compare it to the series of cartoons of our childhood we see some transform \ "hipergrandes \" or that our heroine is not Optimus looks like it should, it's as if it were one more. Advantages Ability to choose autobots or decepticons

...Thought this was a must after trying out the PC demo version. The game lets you choose to play as either the autobots or decepticons. The main difference between the two are that as the goodguys you have to complete missions protecting people, while as the evil decepticons you get to go on a rampage of destruction flattening everything in sight. Game controls take a bit of getting used to as the different vehicles are controlled in different ways, but with practise it's superb what you can do, especially transforming the flying decepticons to robot form in mid air! The main issue with this game is that the camera angle is controlled by the wiimote so never seems to be in the right place during combat. It takes time to turn around and since your wiimote also targets and fires your weapons you can sustain a fair bit of damage before... Read review

...I bought a Wii in June of this year. I probibly spent £500 on this next generation console and about 10 games. It is a bit ridiculous for something that would come down in price over a couple of months to a year. I bought this game from Gamestation and with a couple of other games, being Transformers and Mario Party 8 for the Wii, all costing around £90. I played this game for about a week and within that time, I completed it. This game was very easy and a bit boring, it was a waste of money. Shrek the Third gives a Broad summary of the film on which it is based. More interesting than the actual story -- Shrek tracking down an heir to the throne of Far Far Away while Prince Charming makes an attempt. ...Transformers: Convoy of Mystery [Virtual Console] for Wii is an alright game with a lot of good characteristics but a few issues in its game play that make the entire rest of the game suffer and take away from its overall delivery approach. The delivery of this game really does have a good idea on its hands but fails to deliver due to poor narration. The game suffers from one of those titles with no real story but has good concept value. The visuals are decent but not at all extraordinary in this department the environments are the same good but could have been better. The audio is pretty good the music is really entertaining and does a good job of keeping you into the game at least tries to. Advantages: Expanse of different areas in Hyrule
Disadvantages: Audio could be much better

...I have bought around 15 games for my Nintendo Wii, and this game is the best of all of them if you are into RPG. The other Zelda games were indeed good, but this one is by far the best for storyline and graphics. The detail in the different areas you explore in Hyrule are well worth the price tag. I do recommend you get the player's guide for this game to not miss out on all of the wonderful areas you might otherwise. The game utilizes the Wii remote, and lets you feel the game! The characters in the game are much more interesting than the other Zelda games as well. Transformations are truly amazing with some of these characters. This game involves you both mentally and physically. I wonder when they will come out with some type of feature that brings smell into it?! Ok, that might be a step too far!... Read review
