Ill skip the summary as that would spoil the surprise, but basically a phantom is haunting a theatre and becomes infatuated with a woman ( christine) and gives her voice lessons. He ends up kidnapping her and takes her to below the opera were he lives. Her guy Raoul looks to find him and they also have a sword fight. People seem to agree that is one of the best scenes. I rented this movie as soon as it came out. And I really enjoyed it and I watched it over and over. My kids even sat down with me to watch it as well. They asked when we could watch it again. My daughter loved all the singing that they done and also with how good they were. She also said that she wanted to try and learn some of their movies too. It last for a while.
