I have been to some very far out "off the map" places, and this thing has always updated correctly to show exactly where you are and the best route to reach your destination. Advantages: Quick routing, bright readable screen, customizable, good quality build
Disadvantages: Terrible Menu system, hard to change setting
I used 720 for over 6 months of daily usage this is what you need to know. The screen is bright and clear 4.3" LCD touch screen and very easy to read. The screen is customizable, you can download different map colors, customize the readout info, eta, arrival time, etc.. Routing is quick and generally accurate occasionally the routing will not be the optimum way to go , but the final destination is usually 95% accurate. Miss a turn and a new route ...
...software the 720 will update itself with the latest map corrections, a nice feature. Battery life is about 4 hours at 75% brightness setting. The 720 has a SiRFstarIII chipset which very fast acquiring signals. Rarely did I lose a signal. Now the bad part | | |
