I bought the TomTom GO 720 for my husband and wondered how up to date the maps were, especially living in Hawaii where you are surrounded by nothing but water. But surprisingly enough, it did. Let's just say even though Hawaii is just an island and you wouldn't think that anyone could possibly get lost, but you can. But with the TomTom GO 720, my husband and I have no more worries. There were just a few things that we dislike about this product. The first thing we noticed, is that the battery doesn't really last that long and sometimes it loses its signal which causes the map to freeze up and then you have to put in your destination all over again.
