First the slot is bigger than other types of toasters , that could accommodate thicker breads or two thinner breads together, this kind of feeling is very great.Secondly it has defrost setting, I feel that is very nice, because direct heating will make bread easy to dry, and taste is not good. ...would come back to a black charred mess. it also a very good size that can be kept anywhere in the kitchen and will not take up alot of room. it also cleans up very nice with a pull out crumb "holder". when you first use it, it does have a burning smell to it but after the first use you dont smell anything at all except for perfectly toasted bread, english muffins and anything else that you would like to toast. i deffinately would reccommend this ... I have bought this Aroma ATS272MB toaster for my family before half year. It does everything well as it was promised to be. This is the best toaster I have ever owned. It is fast, accurate and easy to use. I like this toaster so much, including the fact that it is cool to the touch while heating. KRUPS TT9300 - TWO SLICE TOASTER I don't know why but over the years my kitchen seems to have become equipped with mostly German appliances… not quite sure why because I don't specifically plan on buying German but somehow the quality of the appliance, the design/shape and the price together combine to work for me time after time! A few years back my preference was for white items… then I was into black ones and now I am moving more towards "silver" ...
