I bought it on sale, but I still feel like I was ripped off. When you consider what this "stuff" is (a collection of a few outfits, kids toys and items, and a bunch of new walls and floors), you start to reaIise that the game was missing it all before. What a cheap trick. I geuss these items are not needed. I almost did not even load it when I reloaded my games on my new computer. The worst part about it is that I could probably find better items online and wouldn't even have to pay for them. It does have a bunch of items, but I don't use most of them. I loaded it so I would have the nice variety of objects, which is what this product is, but it is not worth the price tag. Don't expect much.
