Teac has announced the newest addition to its new, low-cost Reference 100 range of lifestyle hi-fi mini-components, the smallest versions of the multi-award winning Teac Reference Series. The latest component is the MD-H100 MiniDisc Recorder. The remote controlled recorder provides full editing facilities with easy operation through a multi-function jog dial. Its digital processing circuitry features a 20-bit, 64-times oversampling ADC, a 20-bit, 128 times oversampling DAC, a built-in sampling rate converter, ATRAC 4.5 and the magnetic field modulation overwrite system. Other features include a tile search facility and a multi-function fluorescent display. All this technology is housed in a stylish, platinum finish case measuring only 175mm wide.
