Very handy appliance. I prefer to use an electric kettle over a standard stove top kettle for three reasons. Firstly, it shuts off on its own as soon as the water comes to a complete boil.I never have to worry about forgetting about it and returning to find my water evaporated and the bottom of my kettle turning black (believe its happened!).
