This tape drive I have used with my ML570 for internal backup tape drive. It provide good space saving as it did not consume any area. Second, it backup speed is fast. For a 300G of data, it only use 2 hours to complete the job. I integrated this tape drive with the Symantec Backup Exec 12, the software can detect and recognise this tape drive without problem.
