I have had the T Mobile Sidekick II for over a year now so I am able to write an objective review based on my experiences. Overall the functionality is great, however I occasionally have trouble connecting. There are many useful features on the phone. I find myself using the functions on the phone simply to occupy time such as surfing the internet, and contacting friends online using aol instant messenger.
The sound quality is good on the handset ... ...either a contract with T Mobile or their Prepaid phone service.
Some of my complaints are:
1. It takes too long to power up.
2. If you are disconnected it can take a while to reconnect but that may be an issue with T Mobile and not the phone itself.
3. The rubber bumpers on the phone (the trim for the top and bottom) wear down very quickly and the input snaps used to hold it onto the phone are very delicate and break easily, however this replacement ...
