The SP298 is a serial dot matrix impact slip printer. Ideal for check validation, check franking, restaurant hard check and document printing, the SP298 has been designed to fill a strong requirement from existing markets and customers. Unlike many existing slip printers, the Star Micronics SP298 slip printer is designed for user friendly operation. It features AutoSide Loading, making document loading quick, easy, and reliable. The SP298 employs a 9-pin serial impact print head, top and bottom form sensors, easy ribbon loading and stepping motor paper feed for reliable paper handling and graphics.
