I really enjoyed using this phone: Its size and weight do not bother at walking at all, does to its sleek shape and compact dimensions (3.9 inches by 1.8 inches by 0.5 inch; 3.3 ounces) which make it easy to transport with. The slider form ensures that the 2" TFT display, large d-pad and slide-out number pad can fit into a small phone that's shirt or jeans pocket-friendly.
To reveal the number pad, you should slide the display up. The menu buttons is easy to read, does to a beautiful blue backlighting, making the keypad bright enough even in the dark. As well as The circular toggle and central OK button which are large and easy to handle!
The 2.0-inch color screen display was really clear and vivid: the graphics and photos showed up well, wherever it's a bit small for the phone size (2 inches, 240x320 pixels), But the magic touch still provided by its 2.0 megapixel camera tucked discretely within the slider itself, which guaranteed excellent photos and videos quality, wherever the absence of a camera flash.

The W580i ships with a 512 MB Memory Stick Micro (M2) to store about 470 full-length music tracks, with the ability to add more memory for storing multimedia content.
