Sony Corporation offers its TCM-465 Pressman Portable Cassette Recorder. Pop-Up Microphone is built-in for convenience and provides for distinct recording of lectures and other situations. Automatic Mic Sensitivity Setting automatically adjusts the built-in microphone to record appropriately in different situations such as meetings, conferences, dictation or one-on-one recordings. Cue Marker Indexing System lets you place an electronic "mark" at specific tape segments, and provides rapid access during Cue and Review. 3 Digit Tape Counter makes it easy to find a specific location on the tape for rapid access and editing. Voice Operated Recording (VOR) activates the recorder only when audible sound is present, conserving tape and eliminating soundless passages. Clear Voice Sound System enhances voice quality during recording and playback for greater clarity. 3 LED Battery Level Indicator provides visible indication of battery power remaining. Front Speaker has excellent sound quality to monitor tape playback. Automatic Shut-Off at end of tape reduces mechanical wear and conserves battery power. Stop Pause Release Function automatically turns off the Pause switch whenever the Stop button is pressed, to prevent loss of recording. Hand Strap Attached affords very convenient one-hand use.
