...just me. Some things that make it so useful is that you can cook meals in it like roast beef. We cook a roast in it, spices set it for like 8 hours on high for at least six hours and we have a good meal. The leftover roast can make great BBQ beef sandwiches that I use a smaller slow cooker for. I have owned my West Bend Crockpot/slowcooker for several years. I still love it as much today as the day I got it. It is great for cooking cassarols, meats, soups, chili and more. I use a slow cooker every day as I work 2 jobs and my family needs to eat while I am at the other job so what do I do use a slow cooker of course. Using a slow cooker makes preparing your meals much easier that if you had to cook it before hand. This Slow Cooker is a bit different than your usual Slow Cooker / Crock Pot because it defrosts as well as does the cooking . This feature however is not as great as one would think because it leaves room for error in the defrosting , and once you defrost the item wrong you are well on your way to cooking wrong and then you ruin the entire dis you are makning ,,, I woud not reccomend this to anyone whom is not completely sure of themselves with the ...
