Great machine! We don't use all the features such as the network printer or scanner though. It's very fast for receiving large faxes. It is able to store quite a bit in memory in case you forget to fill the paper tray. Ours has two paper trays. The first one is for stardard 8 1/2 x 11 paper but the top tray can be adjusted and used for either 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14. I also found out that if the bottom try jams up that it will still print from the top tray. Great feature if you aren't able to fix the jam by yourself and have to wait for the repair man. This machine has a ton of quick dial buttons and so far has been really easy to program.
