I got this phone about a year and a half ago. It was pretty top-of-the-line at the time, and I still enjoy it. I have it in pink, my favorite color, and I like that it has a spot that I can hang cellphone danglies on.
This phone seems more solid than the Razr, though it's not any thicker. I've dropped this phone many a time, and haven't had any problems with it.
The sound quality is great, and it works well with my bluetooth headset. I can adjust the volume easily even while talking with the controls on the side, and have rarely been in a situation where I can't get it loud enough to hear.
Battery life is average on this phone. The only time I noticed it run down quicker was when I was in Canada and roaming constantly. The battery ran down in about a day then. When I don't use the phone much, it will last 2-3 days without having to charge it. I've never run a full battery down while talking, so it must last longer than I can talk!
The camera on the phone is decent, though I don't pay for picture mail. I really wish there was a way to download the pictures onto my computer, though. If there is a way to do it without having to pay for it through my provider, I haven't found it. There are no USB connectors or software that work for this, the last time I looked.
The ringtones on this phone can be somewhat soft at times. I also wish that it had the capability of playing mp3 ringtones. You can download calltones for it, but the quality is just not the same.
Overall, this has been a good phone, but I will probably upgrade once my contract is up.
