Advantages: Easy to use, even cooking, healthier way to cook.

My oldest son recommended this after he purchased and used one himself. I have owned this grill for over a year. ...I also like to put wet paper towels between the top and bottom while it's still warm. This steams a lot if not all the stuck on food. Then it just wipe it clean. I have cooked vegetables on one side and meat on the other. Bacon comes out great since all the fat runs down the slanted grills into a drip tray. A good griddle is very nice to have and almost essential for some of the things that I cook. This one has a very good temperature control and two cooking surfaces. One cooking surface is what you would find on a bbq type grill and the other is a flat grill.
