I bought this mp3 player with high expectations. I heard from friends that this was one of the best Ipod alternatives so I decided one day to buy one for myself. I don't know if my friends were confused about the mp3 player they were talking about but this hunk of worthless metal is not worth your time.

After I tried for an hour to get the included software to work on Windows Vista, I uploaded some videos and music to my Sansa. The downside to this player is that every time I tried to watch a video, my player would freeze up and I would be unable to turn the system off. I actually had to wait until the battery died to get the thing to work again! Also, music playback would frequently skip and customer service at SanDisk could never give a straightforward answer.

I sent my Sansa back and got a full refund.
