What first attracted me, I must admit, was the red; it looks better than this product photo allows. I find it extremely convenient. I was using a portable CD player prior to purchasing the SanDisk, and often misplaced CD's, did not have the ones I wanted with me, etc. The SanDisk 2GM MP3 is so tiny! It's actually smaller than the palm of my hand, yet the control buttons are large enough to be manipulated easily; easy to place in my pocket while doing other activities. The display is pretty clear as well. It holds enough music for my taste, but I could see how the two gigabytes might not hold enough for those who are more enthusiastic or eclectic with their collection. I personally did not want to spend a significant amount of money on an MP3, and this one is a decent deal for the price.
