The on-line customer support does not provide adequate answers: instead of sending me (a link to) the drivers they directed me to the spam software installation file identical to the one on the CD. Its been a great experience with the player since i have got. Really cools things about this player among other players are, 1. Touchpad which really looks nice and easy to handle whereas others u need to press the button in order to operate like play ... 2.
