The GX-10 boasts a 10.2 mega-pixel image sensor, which offers the photographer a sharper image, with richer colors for a truly compelling composition. Taking photos is easier with the PentaPrism viewfinder with its high magnification (0.95x) to provide a clearer, wider field of view (95%) for optimum shooting. For unrivaled viewing of photos the GX-10 also comes complete with a wide view 2.5" TFT LCD (210k pixels). With its powerful built-in Optical Picture Stabilization (OPS) technology, the GX-10 prevents blurred pictures by shifting the CCD to counter any movement of the camera's body. In addition, when a manual lens is used in ordinary digital SLR cameras, the camera's shake prevention mechanism does not function properly since the camera does not have the lens information. In the GX-10, however, the manual lens information can be input so that film cameras' manual lenses can also be used with the GX-10. The advanced design features of the GX-10 ensure it is robust enough for taking quality pictures in even wet, sandy or dusty conditions as the camera comes equipped with a special water-resistant and anti-dust sealing. The advanced dust removal function included in the GX-10 also removes potentially problematic dust from the CCD by vibrating it automatically when the camera is booted, resulting in perfect blemish-free pictures with minimum effort on the part of the photographer. A further dust barrier is provided by the special coating on the CCD's protective window.

Advantages sharp image rich colour
Disadvantages slightly harder to use

...My Partner and I Bought this camera about a week ago now and i must say we are very impressed with its performance. It truly does give a sharp image with rich color and picks up the finest of detail. The auto focus is quick but pretty loud. There are many features to this camera that as yet have to explore. I find the auto feature easy to use but the manual is harder to get to grips with especially being a novice my partner being more experienced is finding it a little easier but if you're DSLR user its a bit of getting used to with different layout and settings. Apart from that its well worth it with Samsung high quality picture. We're looking forward to exploring the camera's full potential.... Read review

...I have had many phones,from sagems to samsungs, but the sharp gx10i is by far the best. For a start, it looks so nice, the dark silver and sleek shape make it a phone to be proud of and you will just want to show it off. It looks incredibly modern and stylish, both inside and out. On the outside there is a camera lens and a handy little mirror for taking pictures of yourself, not to mention a screen to tell you info such as the time without need to open the phone. It is a flip phone which eliminates accidentaly calling 999, or the mother-in-law and when you open it, the hinge mechanism gives you a reassurance that the phone isnt going to split in half one day. When you get open it, there is a high quality large colour screen and a sleek number pad, if you put it to your ear it feels comfortable and there is a volume button... Read review

...to shame some of its 8 or 10.1 mega pixel rivals, secondly is the enhanced Digital Filter which allows a greater dynamic range of exposures and can also be used to add various effects or compensate for missing pixels after taking a picture. Turn to the back of the camera and you have the huge 2.7 inch LCD screen and the great thing with this camera is that it also comes with live view through the optical viewfinder. The GX-20 also comes with an optical picture stabilisation system to rival cameras three times its price. (OPS) technology prevents blurred pictures by shifting the CCD to counter any movement of the camera's body. This being built into the body of a DSLR means that there is no need to splash out on very expensive anti-shake lenses therefore keeping photography as low cost as possible.
