In order to meet the highest system requirements, the DVD711 uses the latest component Video output terminals, High-resolution Audio and Video DACs, and DTS compatible Optical and Coaxial digital audio output terminals. A dual Laser Diode allows playback of CD-R discs. Key components, including the Dual Laser Diode Pickup, compatible with CD-R, the Disc Mechanisms and key LSI devices were developed by Samsung engineers specifically to enhance performance first. Of course, advanced features are also included, from the ergonomic universal joystick remote controller and jog shuttle functions, to the new On-screen display that makes controlling elaborate DVD features simple. There is even a screen saver function to prevent involuntary damage to your TV Screen when no disc is present. The DVD711 is your best choice when cost-effective performance is your goal.
