My step daughters mother went out and bought this camera for taking pictures and it really works good. It takes some nice quality clear pictures. She has never had any kind of problems out of it since she has had it either. It has some features that she says she really loves like the zoom features and also the nice flash for capture photos when it is getting dark. It is not too heavy to carry. My cousins friend had this kind of camera at her wedding and it had so many nice features on it and was alos very nice looking. It can hold quite a few photos when you place a memory card in it.
