This Rival RCS200rice cooker is the best cooker I ever had. So for, it still performs perfectly and I happy with it. It looks nice, compact and lightweight, yet very efficient and reliable. I've used it to cook both white and a variety of brown and other types of rice with no problem. It is easy to use, just put the rice in the bowl, add water up to the line indicated, and hit the switch ... when it turns off, you have perfect rice. The nonstick interior is a must and cleans easily. The warm setting let me tell my wife to start the rice before I got home and I did not have to be worried that it would be burned. The capability is enough big for use even if over five people in your family. I haven't used the steamer much because it's rather shallow and doesn't fit the amount of vegetables I usually want to cook, but it would be great for steaming a few, quick stems of anything. In addition, the price is affordable. I will highly recommend it.
