My husband and I have been shopping TigerDirect for about 8 years now. I love this online store and would recommend to you. We have built about 4 computers from them. I had one motherboard that was bad and they immediately issued a return authorization and sent us another one very quickly. At first, Tiger had some issues with giving you the certificates for rebates, but they now have this online so you can print it out or submit it electronically. So now the rebate system works much better. They have just about any part that you would need for your computer at very competitive prices. They also will send you a catalog if you would like. Tiger is a top notch place and the reps are very knowledgable and helpful; however, sometimes you may have a long wait time on the telephone to actually get through to the customer service rep. But it is worth the wait.
