This breadmaker does a good job baking several variations of bread. You can set the loaf size, brown level, and type of bread. I was very disappointed in the basic white bread recipe that came with it, but when I found a good recipe, my bread turns out perfect every time. We just recently purchased this product. We have had great success in making several different types of breads. We have found the bread maker easy to use, following the detailed instructions, very easy to clean, and the bread we have made delicious. We like the design of this breadmaker, the weight, it is light to move around. The price was just right for us, starting out to make our own bread, and we would recommend it to others wholeheartedly.

Let me tell you that I am a sucker for homemade bread. I've owned bread machines before and they always under kneaded the bread or overcooked it or didn't allow it to rise enough or WHATEVER.
