This is a great mp3 player but the stuff installed on it could be better. You can also update this players programs. THe sound is really clear and it is small and is even able to fit inside your pocket. It is hardly noticable when you go out in public with it. It doesn't take much time to download music or other programs to it. The sound is really clear. I love the potablilty it has. It is really easy to use and comes in handy when you go jogging ... I bought this product over a month ago. So far, I really like it. You have to download Rhapsody in order to put music on it, but the software is free if you want to transfer music from your cd's. The Sandisk is easy to use and the perfect size.
