I had a unique experience with this phone. Two of the phones were broken a few days I had bought them. The first had problems with the charging mechanism. I would plug the car phone attachment into it and it wouldn't charge. The second had a screen malfunction. The screen would get static and would become unreadable. Advantages: Dual mode flip style, full QWERTY keyboard
Disadvantages: Small numeric keys in handset mode

This has been the best cellphone I've owned. As a cellphone, it gets great reception, even in low signal areas. Even the speakerphone function works very well, unlike other (LG) cellphones I've owned. The music player has been a welcome feature, now I don't carry a cellphone AND mp3 player. Advantages: qwerty keyboard, and double flip feature
Disadvantages: lack of internet capabilities

This phone is very handy. It is small and compact like a razor but has the texting capabilities like a blackberry with the qwerty keyboard. I have very few problems with dropped calls and it is surprisingly durable. It seems like it would be flimsy with the two way flipping but i have had no problems.
