The V'spresso offers a pre-ground bypass so you can Switch beans in the unit -- perfect for entertaining a crowd with varying tastes. The water reservoir can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it with the easy-grip handle and filling it at the kitchen tap. The reservoir is made of clear ABS plastic so checking the water level is a breeze. When the water runs low, the Digital display will remind you to refill the water reservoir. Red digital command center "talks" while brewing coffee. The display provides easy access to all the machine's functions, including the Option of brewing 1 or 2 cups of coffee, the amount of coffee per cup, pre-brewing, pre-grinding, and an automatic rinsing and cleaning cycle. Truly an international machine, the V'spresso can be programmed in 8 different languages (English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, or Dutch). One-touch-button technology that grinds whole beans and brews fresh coffee every time. The adjustable Opti-Dose that regulates the amount of ground coffee used, allowing Personal control coffee strength. Patented Brew Group that tamps the ground coffee then brews it with a 15 bar pressurized pump and dispenses rich flavorful coffee into the cup. Rapid Steam begins frothing milk with little waiting time after brewing. Pannarello steam wand which froths and steams evenly into the milk creating thick, creamy froth for any coffee drink. Advantages: Easy to use and Easy to Clean
Disadvantages: Occasionally have difficulty making preground coffee.

I received a Saeco Vspresso machine for my birthday and it is one of the best gifts I have every gotten. I am a coffee lover and I can't buy a cup of espresso or coffee anywhere that compares to the coffee I can make with the Saeco 1008. I love the fact that it is so easy to use and to clean. The water tank capacity is large and so I do not have to add water every day. If fill the grinder with beans on Saturday, when I clean the machine. and unless ... Read review

Advantages: Easy to clean and operate
Disadvantages: none

I have this espresso machine and I must say that I have been impressed with it. I have not had any problems with it and it makes wonderful coffee and/or espresso. It is very easy to clean and to maintain. The machine is not very big so it fits nicely onto your counter top. Some may think it is rather pricey, but I have found that it is well worth the money.
