I bought it for the RIPPING feature. So far I've only been RIPPED off. The MP3 USB on the first stereo did not work. I exchanged it for the same and managed to find one really cheap MP3 that worked on it. My new Sansa c240 does not. RCA support is lowsy - 20 minute wait by phone and to date NO REPLY by email. The support link on their website leads you to another contractor who finally responded only to say they don't support that model and redirected me to RCA who cannot be reached!
