I had this phone for about 2 years, and it that time I didnt find too many downsides with it. The most annoying would be the tiny storage space, 10mb with no option to upgrade it with a memory card! Initially, the camera was good if acceptable but after the 2 years it really was getting bad, grainy and dark. I used to own this phone and thought it was really sweet to begin with but it got old real quick. If you did not lock the keyboard if you put the phone in your pocket, purse, etc I garuntee you when you'd look at the phone there would be millions of numbers typed on the screen.
