This cell phone is sleek, small and lightweight. I love the design. The menus are easy to navigate. The problem with this phone is that it is so small, the battery does not last long at all. After one year, we had to purchase a new batter for it. There are better phones out there for the same price or less.

Advantages: It looks nice...
Disadvantages: EVERYTHING ELSE

I hate this phone. It is JUNK. It is slow to run and slow to respond. I'll click on "contacts" and wait for a a good 5-10 seconds (honestly) for my contacts list to show up. It makes texting too difficult to deal with too. The camera has horrible resolution and lighting. I can't see anything in my photos from New Years (sad, I know). the phone is so nice and good, i like the shape and it gives it the beauty, my younger sister loves it also

Advantages: slim, easy to handle, nice looking phone
Disadvantages: battery runs out too fast, speaker phone too low, small display screen, poor camera quality

I have owned this phone for 1 year. The look and style is very chic looking and easy to hold. Reception is good (Verizon Wireless) The battery does not hold a charge as advertised. It will drop bars after being charged all night and not being used the next day. I am on my 2nd battery. The home charger quit working after 5 mos and had to be replaced. The mirror-like front of this phone looks great but it scratches very easily. I love that it has a music player but you really need a memory card if you are going to use it because without one you can only hold about 3 songs. I only paid $20 for this phone and I'm glad I didn't pay more. The camera isn't very good. Also the phone sometimes lights up for no reason, the battery needs charged almost daily, and often when you miss a call it doesn't show ... Read review

I have owned this phone for a year. The front cracked within a month it is flimsy, the camera has always sucked, and now the battery (which charges all night) last about 1 hr. if that of talking or texting. As far as getting contacts or such to load, that all works fine. The numbers are flat of course, but that is easy to get used to.
