Magnavox MWR10D6

I have previously owned other dvd recorders which not only were much more expensive but broke down long before one year of use. This one takes the cake! Unlike other units which are more oriented towards looks rather than performance this no frills unit constantly delivers. I record off of satellite tv and the recordings turn out great even on longer 3 and 4 hour recordings. Simple and easy to use. A lot easier to program than your vcr and much higher quality recordings. (No grainy image, no tape counter to look at and no tape deterioration!) This unit has been with me for about two years and not a single glitch. Highly recommend it for any family! Oh, did I mention very affordable price?

This is a great product to have. It's better than a vcr to me. It is so smple to use and has buttons like a vcr but is a lot better. You can record what your are watching on dvds then keep them. It is very light and easy to hook up. Also easy to move from place to place. After you record; the sound quality is excellent. Also the graphics are as good as they were on the tv.
