LG Chocolate KG800

I love the Chocolate! The slide up cover is easy to use. The touch dial is cool. Most of all, It fits easily to my ear and I can hear everything clearly. Another great feature is the video. Sharp and clean and fun to use.

I was talked into this phone at a Verizon store after my Razor was stolen. I find it far to sensitve to sensor touch. It seems to change modes very easily and it's annoying.

Sounds a bit odd, doesn't it, that a handset should be given the name 'chocolate'. The name is meant to enhance the idea that this mobile phone is more than 'just' the fashion statement status to which many handsets aspire. It is being positioned as a phone with strong visual and emotional appeal to those who own it. The tri-band Chocolate KG800 is the first in LG's Black Label series of design lead handsets, and others are promised. In fact, we've already seen a white version of the Chocolate. The comparison is also helped by the fact that the Chocolate KG800 is supplied with a soft drawstring pouch.

Advantages: good design , slider mechanism best in the class
Disadvantages: bad music quality , no ext. memory ............. but who cares abt it

...is best looking phone from lg till now what i have seen from the garage of lg. they are actually very linient about there designs for the models . but this model is actully best at all the points about the design. I was thinking about the slider mech. but it works very good . i tested it for atleast 150 times before purchasing the model and VOILA !!!!!!!!! its mechanism did not give any type of nicks . but the worst things are the music quality ... This is a really nice looking phone, it is very small and has a brilliant glossy black finish coving its body, as well as a large screen for its size. I think that it really is stunning. Other than the phones appearence there isn't much else good about this phone. I like the convienience of being able to hold the whole phone in the palm of my hand. Its sleek design gives you a comfortable grip and its look is uptodate stylish. The experiece that I have experienced with this phone is it has a nice, sleek chocolate look. It looks nice and plain on the outside of the phone. It is very simple to use and does not take long to learn how to use it. It has quite a few nice features on it for you to use. You can even im and check email. ...to the name of the LG brand, the chocolate is sleek, easy to use, a truly useful phone. It might take some time to get used to how to navigate the chocolate, but after that its all smove sailing. The LG chocolate's biggest problem could infact be that it is way to fragile. The screen is easy to scratch so it is best to either; A) keep on the plastic cover, or B) shell out $20 for a case.
