Advantages: Picture Quality, Sound Quality and light weight
Disadvantages: Sometimes you'll notice what looks like the picture burning onto the screen

I was a little worried this TV would be too big for my apartment but after I got it home and set it up I was hooked. You get a really great clear picture. It's also not that heavy to carry especially if your going up the stairs. We haven't had trouble with the the picture burning into the screen so thats something that I appreciated.
