Having one of these has become a challenge. When I recieved this for Christmas, I was excited. I thought to myself, "No more chopping or mixing manually, now I have help." Well for someone who doesn't like to cook I sure use this kitchen gadget an awful lot. I love it!!! It will slice or grate anything you put into it. It only takes just a few seconds to thinly slice a cucumber or grate a potato. It is so much fun to use my husband and I fight over who uses it, and then we fight over who has to clean it.
