Constant problems getting to what I'm looking for ae exasperating. I have had issues in the past being rerouted to what HP thought I wanted, which had NO semblance of what I chose. It took sending numerous messages to their support staff to get anywhere near what I was looking for. I got better results posting my problem on the appropriate group at Google. That's just sad!!!
