Advantages: cooked fast, nice to have
Disadvantages: none

If you want a nice oven then this is the kind that you need. When I rented from a lady about four years ago, she had this type of oven in my trailer. It was so nice and really simple to use. I never once had any kind of problems out of it. It cooked my food really good and never took it long to heat up either. I told her once that I would not givr it for the world and I really would not.
