We had purchased this air conditioner last year to cool our very big bedroom. It done a fantatic job cooling my bed room off. Compared to the rest of the house this was the coolest room to be in. It really done a very good job. We never had any problems out of it either. It had different speeds that we could place it on to cool the room. It was not loud at all and was very quiet. Advantages: not too big, cools well, easy to install
Disadvantages: none

My buddy said that he needed to get an air conditioner to cool down his home and he decided on buying this kind. He wanted something that was not too big but would produce quite a bit of air and it even be really cold. It is not too heavy and it is very easy to install into the wall.
