This classic machine does so much. When I was shopping for a food processor, I knew I wanted a Cuisinart. It does so many things, it seems like I never use it enough. I've used mine to make pesto, pasta dough, sauces, grate large amounts of cheese (using the grating blade), turning crackers into cracker crumbs, and marinades.
